What is the html for making a link to your page?

Dear Tara: Hello, my name is Susannah. I found your background page and I was most impressed with your beautiful backgrounds. They are awesome! I am writing a homepage on Lupus in order to assist others with this illness. I have been a survivor of Lupus for more than 7 years and I would like to give back to other's what the internet has given me in terms of support, research, etc. This will be a non-commercial site, of course. I would love to use one of your backgrounds. Also, upon your approval, I would like the HTML CODE that would link the photo back to your site. Should you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me back. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Sincerely, Susannah

Sorry I've taken so long in replying, but It's been a problem answering you since I wouldn't know html code if it up and bit me. I make all my pages in Front Page, so I don't need to know it. Of course you can use any background from my backgrounds pages you like, It would be best to link up to the main site www.costumes.org though and not to the section on free graphics since I'm moving my domain and all my pages save the first one will be changing their URL's soon. According to my information from Front page a link would look like this:

Page background available for free at The Costumer's Manifesto

Page background available for free at <a href="http://www.costumes.org">
<font size="4"><strong>The Costumer's Manifesto</strong></font>

If you want to connect it with a graphic you can do that with one of the ones attached below like this:
