 You have one dress form, you need it to be a size or two larger.

What to do.??   you can use either and old blanket from a thrift shop or firm quilt batting. Take your forms measurements. Decide how much larger you need it to be. Maybe the waist and hip measurements are correct but you need the bust to be larger. Cut your blanket or batting into strips aprox. 6 inches wide.  Now starting above the bust., start wrapping . You want more wraps over the bust.  the wrap should taper above the bust and as you go toward the waist. Measure to see if you have achieved the increase you need . Remember a little bigger is better than smaller. Once you are happy with the size cover the batting with either muslin or a layer of cotton knit.
